At KJFK No, i’m still on the ground, but today is yet another travel day. I’m happily ensconced in the gate area of JFK airport waiting for the chance to sit some more on a rapidily moving airplane. The Bronx Botanical Garden is doing their yearly “train show.” Each year they build unbelievably elaborate New York bridges and landmarks using only 100% plant matter. Yes, this includes the “glass” in the windows of the houses. The crowds are also hard to believe, but the wait, and the staggeringly slow pace as everybody shuffles [ READ MORE ]
