Day 433 – Kaylee Cards!

Kaylee on the dunes at Manzanita

I’ve finally managed to assemble the initial five “Kaylee Cards” I’ve been talking about with dog park friends for over a year.

They are folded cards, printed via Apple’s “Photos” app, and feature snippets of dog wisdom, shown below each photo, printed on the inside of the card. There’s also a small photo of Kaylee on the back. Special thanks to Kevin Hoagland for the close-up photo of Kaylee looking crazed against the rails of my fence. Also thanks to Annette for providing the “Pride” text.

Click the photos for a ginormous version.

Kaylee on the dunes at Manzanita
“Sometime happiness is just feeling the breeze on your snout.”
Kaylee and Leon wrestling
“You only gnaw the ones you love.”
Kaylee and Leon in the cab of a pickup. Leon's looking goofy, Kaylee looking stoic
“Sometimes it’s best to just remain silent…”
Kaylee looking comically aggressive against a fence
“Sometimes the best plan is to be honest about your feelings.”
Kaylee looking noble on a very small backyard hill.
“It’s good to be king of the hill, even if it’s a small hill.”

Yes, these are for sale. Because they’re one-offs they are insanely expensive. I initially ordered five of each just to make the shipping seem worth it. Also there’s no price break for quantity with Apple.

If anybody would like to purchase one (or all of them!) just shoot me an email. I need to ask $3 per card plus shipping. Yeah, I know… pricey, but printed stuff costs bucks when you’re doing onesies and twosies instead of thousands.
