Well, the clutch shudder is not actually fixed. It is MUCH improved, but it is still there on occasion. I’m not complaining, just sticking to the facts.

Annette and i went out to dinner with the daughter of a friend on Saturday night. After dinner we drove all around downtown Minneapolis and i worked the clutch like a fiend. It was not until we were returning her to her apartment that the car shuddered badly when starting from a light. I figure once in about 100 starts is good enough for a 14-year old Vanagon Westy.

This will be a short week for me as Annette and i depart for CA on Thursday for a combo mini-vacation/friend’s wedding.
