Just like a human she gets comfortable, then goes through a sleep cycle. Her breathing changes, becoming longer and slower… her muscles relax to the point she seems more liquid than solid, then near the bottom of the cycle she starts dreaming…. her tail twitches, sometimes her upper lip twitches causing her whiskers to sweep the air. About 17 minutes after that point she comes back to a light sleep, then opens her eyes and checks the environment. Could set your watch by her.
